DIYAR GROUP COMPANY is a family company and was
established in 1980, with an initial capital of USD 2,000,000.00; specializing in construction. Ever since DIYAR COMPANY has
contracted and completed tens of governmental service buildings in Erbil and surrounding areas and as far as more than fifty
other projects in the Kurdish rural areas such as; schools, hospitals, roads, bridges and electrical power plants. Millions
of Iraqi Dinars were invested for implementing the above-mentioned projects.
Since 1992 the second stage-generation company has contracted and successfully completed most of the UN-SCR
986 projects for UN Agencies in Northern Iraq such as; UNIESCO, FAO, HABITAT, UNDP, UNOPS, UNOCHI and as well as many projects
of International Non-Governmental Organizations including the local government projects for total amount of ca USD 90,000,000.00.

From 2003 our company has taken most of the US Reconstruction Projects of Iraq especially in the Governorates
of Erbil, Mousel, Kirkuk, Duhok and Suleymania for approximately total of USD 20,000,000.00.
DIYAR COMPANY owns many properties and buildings in Erbil area. 225,000 square meters of orchard
land in outskirts of Erbil, woodlands of 400,000 square meters and a farm for animal raising and plus several rental housing
and offices in the city of Erbil. An area of 500,000 square meters of land is designated for near future resort project in
Erbil. The company owns many construction machines and equipments including all kinds of transportation busses, trucks and
vehicles.
The above assets are valued for more than USD 4,000,000.00.
Today with the Reconstruction Projects of Iraq our company is entering
an era of globalization and we are dealing with many multi national and international corporations, therefore we have invested
huge amount of resources to reorganize our company's administration and structure by all means. We have added more professional
staff members to both our management and field teams including fifty permanent employees and several hundred of workers for
different periodical contracting projects. Modern equipments such as computers and telecommunication systems are also
implemented in most of the necessary project sites.
According to our annual balance report of 2003, the company's turnover sum was USD 40, 000, 000.00,
with annual profit of USD 1,500,000.00.
